NEW STUDENT OFFER
Looking for a fun way to exercise, express yourself, or just have fun? The Dollhouse Fitness is committed to providing a body positive, safe, and fun place to dance and get fit.
Located in San Diego’s beautiful beach town of Encinitas, the Dollhouse offers a sacred space for movement, dance, and aerial arts.
We’re all about low lighting and loud music! Our adult dance classes are designed to let you shine as you find grace and fluidity through movement, learn to let go of fear as you spin around the pole, and build strength as you fly through the air.
What you have created at your studio is really beautiful, loving, creative and safe space for women to connect to themselves in ways that society doesn’t particularly invite us to and most of us don’t really learn is OK growing up. Having been in fitness and movement for years and teaching in different gyms, studios and states in the US, I can extra attest to how special it is and how different it feels from so many other places and experiences. Not doing much else differently, I’ve dropped 8 lbs since starting classes not even two weeks ago because my body is happy as hell, turned on and having so much fun. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank youuuu.
Don't be Shy.
