Welcome to The Dollhouse! We offer a safe, body-positive space for women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and backgrounds to explore sensual movement. No dance, gymnastic, or fitness background necessary.

Where do I start?

INTRO TO POLE (FIRST TIMERS)

Pole Virgin, this class is for you! Get familiar with the basics of pole dance and technique. You will learn proper hand and foot placement, how to walk around the pole, pose, and the foundation for pole spins.

LIQUID MOTION®

Liquid Motion® is an all-level floor class that utilizes elements of fitness, conditioning exercises, sensual movement, and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience. The class is made up of body conditioning, traveling movement drills, intricate floor progressions, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness.

FLOOR PLAY

In this non-pole dance class you’ll learn the art of sensual movement as we melt and glide across the floor in a juicy choreographed sequence. This grounded class will feature sensual movement basics such as walking, hip circles, body waves, head rolls, and heel work.

HAIR & HEELS

This non-pole dance class is designed to help you get in touch with your inner fly girl. Hair & heels is an expression of fierce, sassy, sexy movement that combines several styles of dance from exotic to sensual hip-hop, burlesque, and street jazz.

TIPS FOR NEW STUDENTS

ENCINITAS LOCATION: 535 Encinitas Blvd Suite 104, Encinitas CA 92024

OCEANSIDE LOCATION: 309 N. Tremont St. Oceanside, CA 92054

REGISTRATION: Our classes often sell out, make sure to pre-register for your class to guarantee your spot. For easiest booking, download The Dollhouse Fitness App available on iPhone and Android.

ARRIVAL:  Doors typically open 15-20 minutes before class. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time to get situated before your lesson begins

WHAT TO WEAR:  Visit the detailed, class-specific recommendations found in the class description on the schedule for recommended attire. Do not wear jewelry, lotion, or oils for pole classes.

BRING: Yoga mat and bottle of water.
